I like them most with either remoulade sauce, sateh sauce (peanut sauce), or mixed mayo-ketchup-curry-onion. Remoulade differs very much depending on brand though, so I'll need to figure out the right recipe so I can make it myself.
Then again, I barely ever eat fries.
