Jew here. When it comes to meat, it has to be meat from a kosher butcher (more expensive), although fish is fine as long as it's a specific type of fish that has fins and visible scales (like salmon or tuna). Don't use any sort of dairy product if the meal will involve any meat (not including fish). Everything else should be fine, assuming that they don't follow any sort of extra rules for some reason.
Truthfully, you should just fucking ask them. Most Jews these days don't follow kosher rules at all.
