Idk what you guys are doing but I’m very small (about 110lbs) and I have a sensitive stomach and I rarely vomit while drinking. Just eat carbs before and pace yourself and drink water throughout the night. If you’re not drinking quickly I think it’s pretty easy to tell when you should stop.
