It was pretty great, if pricey. I had an onglet done rare, janssons temptation, seasonal veggies and red wine-bone marrow sauce. Service was fantastic, the waiter had a myoclonic jerk or some shit and spilled a drink on my sister, all our meals and drinks got comped. Left a good sized tip despite the fuckup which isn't the norm in Bongistan, they took very good care of us. Waiter was a cutie trappish guy too, would have flirted if I wasn't there with family.

Ok, so not really a restaurant, but you can get a huge bbq platter for under $10 with rice, cabbage, and two kinds of meat, I always get duck and bbq pork. It’s fucking great, and twice as much food as any other restaurant, including fast food joints. They also have a noodle soup bar. Also, there is a tabled section if you want to eat it in store, so it is close enough to being a restaurant for this thread.

Any leafposters living in big cities, I highly recommend you go to your local T&T next time you’re hungry.

Got dragged over by my parents after they had read the local newspaper about a small Indian restaurant next to the train station. A textbook hole in wall, door was halfway busted, cracked asphalt outside and a cheap-looking sign.

I got some Chicken Balti and it was one of the most delicious meals of my life - I couldn't believe how good it was. Not that I imagine a lot of people on /ck/ to have any shot at going there, but if you do, its worth going out of your way to visit. >Busboy and Poets

Just moved last week and am still without internet. Incidentally, my roommate and I have been frequenting this one coffee shop that has Wi-FI. That said, Busboy and Poets has pretty solid happy hour specials. The last time we were there we ordered mezze and lamb sliders with goat cheese and onions. Shit was so fucking dank, especially the lamb sliders. The coffee shop itself isn't so bad. It's a relatively large building, with three sections--book shop, coffee shop + restaurant, and a small auditorium where poetry slams are hosted. Often times I see cute hipster girls patronizing there, which is nice, and even some of the waitresses are cute. However, literal faggots and liberals shit up the ambiance with their quirkiness, so there are somethings left to be desired there.

I went maybe 3 weeks ago? I had a single and a double cheeseburger, fries, 2 little chocolate milks and some water. It was quiet, it wasn't a senior citizen center like McDonald's is (they're always there drinking fucking coffee and socializing) and I could just eat & read the paper in peace.
I'm not really a fan of BK, I find their burgers super mediocre, but I think their fries are tasty and I still remember that super aggressive ad campaign with Mr. Potato Head. 6/10.
