I take a big bite of my burger and then jam fries into my mouth to get all the flavours at once.

I usually give the fries a try to see if they're too salty/greasy. if they are, I try to fix it by either scraping a bit off or trying to use my napkins to soak a bit of grease off
after I get them to the level I like, I usually put some on my burger & alternate between taking a couple bites, sipping on my drink, & eating a couple more fries

Fries go bad quicker than a burger. A semi-hot burger is usually at least ok whereas fries lose their essence pretty quickly.

Eating both at the same time is the best, but you have to keep more of an eye on the fries

Burgers at any decent place come out fucking massive nowadays so I have to concentrate on devouring it at max speed. If I slow down for fries I'll lose interest in the burger because I'll start to feel full. I only have a few fries at the beginning, then try to finish what is left. Also at the end some people are still hungry and will gladly help you finish your fries.
