Much like the people involved I would like to see the video before making up an opinion on this.
"Scolded and threatened" sounds like a little more than just being asked for a tip. It's a good thing so many things are caught on camera these days so it's not just one person's word against another's.

Lol stopped ordering papa johns from this local place we have here in Miami after they fucked up our 2 pizza's we waited 2 1/2 hours for just to get, shit had a hole in it and nearly no sauce or cheese on it to speak of on extra cheese pizza's lol, so called them up & got this lady who told us there was nothing she can do and tried to blow us off for like an hour, manger picks up and tells me he will handle the whole thing and give us free pizza's next time we ordered, i say cool that ends there. We take him up on this offer and get the pizza's in like 1 hour 20 minutes and its feels hot and everything, so i tip the guy the normal 4-5$ and get the pizza's inside, these fucker gave us the thinnest fucking burnt cracker crust you can fucking think of with a sprinkle of cheese and NO sauce at all, took it as a "fuck you" and just stopped buying pizza from them all together.
