I hope you guys have realized by now that any drink or product that contains aspartame is poison.

That includes all diet sodas and most chewing gum. Not only does aspartame cause headaches and brain fog, now it's being linked to shorter life spans and brain tumors.

If you're going to drink a soda, get real sugar. If you're going to chew gum, get xylitol gum. Don't consume (((aspartame)))
