I made pistachio dark chocolate macaroons, homemade marshmallows served with milk chocolate and soft homemade matzo for s'mores, coconut lemon mini sponge cupcakes with raspberry jelly and lemon meringue frosting, matzo ball soup with smoked chicken and mushrooms, brisket, pecan honeycrip charoset, 2 kinds of matzo (soft/thick and crispy thin), hummus, and matzo spinach, tomato and feta lasagna. Let me know if you want any of the recipes or more details. The sponge cake was SUPPOSED to be a roll cake but I fucked it up when rolling it so I shoved it in a mini cupcake tin.
