Good berries shouldn't be that tart. All the ones at the grocery store are like that. But if you get the chance to find fully ripe and possibly even wild berries that weren't shipped from South America, you have to try them. My grandfather grew raspberries and they had none of the "sour sting" you get from the shit grocery store ones.
