Also the bread used in a burger is not helping with weight loss.

Not had a brick issue so far, in fact, I've been making a healthy profit ridding myself of excess produce while cutting down on waste in the process. It would be better if op's truck exclusively sold health food. But there's potential for OP to use ""healthier"" options to lure them into buying the usual unhealthy money makers. So that's where (I think) this situation might be unethical.
