It's gotta be steak. Medium, potatoes for sure, and loading it is great. Put some shrimp on the side and there's not a lot that can go wrong.

Gyros, beef and lamb.

Crab legs, and crab in general. Best ever. I love seafood in general, though.

Not counting sushi, a perfect fish sandwich. Whatever is local and freshly caught seared or lightly fried with a tomato, a dash of tartar sauce, and some shredded cheese.
