I would describe spinach as bitter and metallic, though not in a disparaging way. It's hearty and satisfying.
Romaine and iceburg lettuce on the other hand, when they're really crisp and fresh, are straight up fruity sweet to me. That shit's honestly fucking delicious I could eat it for days. Pitty people who can't experience that.
