My girlfriend of three years left me about a week ago. Cooking for one is such a chore. No recipes are portioned for just one person. Every time I look in my pantry it's full of boxes and ingredients I hardly put a dent in. Every time I make a meal I just end up getting reminded of her. And we loved to cook together.
