For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.
I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

Anyone who's been exposed to more technical, more dynamic fast foods will quickly pass on the McChicken. Other top fast food chains, namely Sub Way, Wendy's and KFC have advanced impressively in their latest installments; but the relic that is McDonald's just can't seem to evolve, furthermore many combos can be done simply by asking for one thing, and the nearly "instant" drive-bys are just laughably broken. Instead of a supplying a proper meat, burgers in McD's seem to rely heavily on "who can get most calories in first". So many elements don't even require any sort of skill. In my book, waiting in lines over and over again also gets old very quickly. And in the end, it's more of a novelty or gimmick rather than an actual, thought-out fast food restaurant mechanic. But hey, the casual crowd will be pleased!

If you want something a little more "fat-people-friendly," McChicken might be your cup of tea.... Key word, might

For me, it's bleach.
It's the most refreshing beverage of them all.
You should try some, McChicken-poster.
