Name a quicker, cheaper, more tasty meal for 1 that requires least effort & that you bake in the oven than Fisherman's Eggs.

Do baked eggs really turn out well? I've never actually tried baking eggs.
Is there a difference in the consistency over fried or boiled/poached?

In general, theres no real difference in texture you can get from a pan. You just bake it to use less dishes. Maybe to trap heat under the egg, but you dont wanna scorch it

My nigga. Fisherman's eggs has been my Sunday morning breakfast for years now, it's so fucking delicious and cozy.

I don't have an oven. Would it do just sautéing everything, or making it as an omelet?

I've never actually cooked with sardines, but recently I've been eating them daily.

I love all those ingredients, but the one time I made fisherman's eggs my place smelled like shit for a week straight. Just make some fucking rice, a fried egg or two, and top with some sardines right out of the tin. Quicker, easier, and 100 times more appealing.
