Ok so I think I'm going to fry the onion with the spam, top with american cheese, dijon mustard, and toast the potato bread buns.

Pictures are a little blurry and I over cooked the egg a tad. Wanted a less done yolk, but hey nothings perfect. It still tastes like an angels kiss. Thanks anons.
