One is made from the seeds of grapes, one is made from the seed of rapeseed, otherwise known as Canola for obvious reasons.

Grapeseed is extracted with hexane and has a very high ratio of omega-6. It's repurposed trash.

Ideally, you'd have no extracted oils, but rapeseed/canola is among the least harmful. The cheap canola is produced the same way but has much better polyunsaturated fat ratios. There's also pressed canola oil which costs more.
