Usually buy my beans from The Barn, a local roaster here in Berlin. They have a café too. They are kinda nazi about it and are very exclusive about who they let in. Children straight up aren't allowed, if you look and dress like complete dogshit they will turn you away, you have to shut off your phone, no laptops, etc. It's nice though, the atmosphere is great because of how selective they are. You can tell they really care about their coffee.

Teaspoons are a fucking awful way of gauging it since different beans with differing roast levels all have very different weight. Get a fucking kitchen scale.
After that it really depends on your taste and what kind of beans you get. Experiment with it and see what works for what you have, changing the variables one step at a time and tasting the results until you eventually make a baller cup of coffee is one of the most enjoyable parts about cooking your own.

Start with something like 7g of beans per 100ml and a very coarse grind and just experiment. Change how long you let it sit, change how fine your grind is, change the amount of beans, there is lots of documentation on the web about how all that will change your coffee, just get your science on and make baby steps changing 1 thing at a time while documenting exactly what you did and how it affected the coffee.
