I like pears instead of apple sauce. Doesn’t make a mess on your plate and you actually get to eat them together.

I make a "spanish" rice with diced tomatoes, diced jalapenos, chicken stock, turmeric, salt, pepper, olive oil, and extra long grain white rice. Toast the rice in olive oil, and then add the rest of the ingredients.

For me it's garlic mashed potato and string beans. Lea and Perrins on the pork chops. It's a nice, simple, old-school meal.

>Is it autism?

Some don't want to promote death, and no, that compassion for life is not autism. Autism has nothing to do with that inclination. Actually, your perspective on this seems perfectly autism oriented. You very well may have autism, bro.

Does any one ever buy these from the Tesco or Asda ?

I dunno if I've just went of them or cooked them shitty the last few times but they seem to be a lot fatter and dryer.

I've been enjoying pork steaks more because of that.
Preferring them because they are thinner and the fat melts a lot better making them taste more delicious.

Any way best way I used to have the pork chops was just with gravy.
Sear pork chops on frying pan
Put them In an oven dish
Make a gravy with oxo cubes, butter, flour
Oven for about 40mins

Mash,spinach and broccoli

Simple and perfect

imagine replacing adobo with shake and bake or italian breadcrumbs. then consider the pork chops are the cheap blade chops where it's tough meat and 1/2 bone. then bake it until there is no moisture left and it resembles dusty leather.

those were the pork chops my mother made while i was growing up. i learned to cook despite her, not because of her. but that was mostly because i didn't understand how scrambled eggs at a restaurant were nice and fluffy, while the ones at home were rubbery with brown skin.
