Cheese Whiz has it's place. It's Velveeta tier, but has a stronger cheese flavor, and they have some different applications, some the same.
I like using Cheese Whiz to make a trashy broccoli- cauliflower rice bake. It's definitely better than Velveeta for baked dishes like casseroles or mac and cheese, if you're going to go that route. But, it can't compare to real cheese, of course. But then, I'm not trying to compare it to real cheese, either.

It's not spectacular but a lot of people I know absolutely hate it. I usually just put some on toast/celery or heat it up and put it on broccoli.
