Wash the potatoes and cut them into quarters or just similiar pieces, put baking paper onto the tray and put the potatoes into the tray, salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil, add thyme and oregano (a few pinches) and mix it up with your hands until all the potatoes got some olive on them. 270 celsius, half an hour.
Steak: Search for Chaliapin steak recipe, every step is important, the onion is very important. After making the steak slice it up so you can portion it.
You should also have enough red wine for a nice dinner after making the onions.
