This is the closest thing to a relevant thread, and I didn't take any pics so I'm not making a new thread. I made some chicken thighs tonight and they were delicious

>sprinkle pepper, garlic salt, and Worcestershire
>sear on high heat for a few minutes along with sliced onion
>after sear move to oven at 300 and top with bbq sauce
>after 20 minutes flip on broiler for 5 minutes
Fuck it was great. Perfectly cooked inside, nice char but not burnt outside.
