Trying to stick to a high protein low calorie diet (low carbs too) and it's hell. The best breakfast to achieve this would be eggs but god damn it I hate the taste of eggs on their own, they suck so much. Trying to avoid sauces. Any tips? Bacon is way too fatty, otherwise i'd add it straight away, same for cheese.

Add a significant amount of herbs chiles vegetables and hot sauces. There are enough varieties of each that you will have a near-limitless variety of combinations. Also change up the preparation...fried scrambled poached boiled baked etc.

2. Cook salmon or tuna to complement your eggs. You can either buy fresh, frozen. Cook in a skillet or bake in the oven.
If you buy canned salmon, mix with crackers, egg, seasoning, and make hamburger patties out of it

skip breakfast and lunch and have a fucking LITTY PROTEIN DINNER.

I take 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, mix it with my coffee in the morning and im set for a good 10 hr with no food til dinner.

4 eggs and 1 cup wgg white, hot sauce on it after, and a fucking steak or salmon or fish. High fiber veggie or lack therof.

If you skimp on fiber and want only proteind and fats, i throw 5-7 Tablespoons of chia seeds into a cup of watwr and chug it down asap. That is the fibre requirement for good bowel movement depending on the quality of chia.

I eat 4-6 eggs every morning with a fillet of salmon, 3-4 oz of pork sausage, ~1oz cheese with 1lbs fried potato hash that is my go to. My cholesterol is fine.

If you hate eggs, they're not really the best breakfast you can get for the diet. Lean meat like pork loin or chicken/turkey tiddies, 'deenz or light dairy like quark or greek yoghurt are all good alternatives.
