They're okay. The protein isn't really that good but they have a ton of fiber, that's the real reason to get it. They don't taste that great unfortunately, but for a lazy man's fiber meal they do the job.

Eat them all them all the time with some meat. Easy as fuck way to get a ton of fiber, protein combined with meat.

havent seen those yet, but the frozen veggie packs are convenient and pretty healthy. i like to get the ones that have noodles in the mix as well. makes cooking easy.

Worth what? If you're getting overpriced frozen food, then get something fatty and retarded like clam strips or pasties. That looks like something I can make in half an hour and actually taste good instead of cardboard if I was an over-the-hill buisinesswoman who still wants still wants to feel lean and sassy.

I like a few of them, but I try not to eat them regularly. They're mainly a hot dish I can have when I'm in a real hurry. I just don't like the ones with too much sauce, except maybe the one with green beans and spaetzel.

I like the italian and california one. Sodium isnt a big deal as long as you keep hydrated. Just another scapegoat of big fructose in the 90s
