Rate my week-day-after-work chicken soup /ck/:
>slice raw chicken thighs, season and set aside
>saute onions and carrots in oil
>add minced onion and a bay leaf
>salt and pepper
>2.5 Tbsp butter
>2.5 Tbsp flour
>add Pacific bone stock little at a time, whisk gravy
>organic chicken stock concentrate
>boil
>some worchestershire sauce if it needs more flavor
>drop in raw sliced chicken thigh meat
>egg noodles
>frozen peas
Prep time maybe 20 minutes. Only makes a couple dishes.
