What are your favorite kinds of hot sauces?

I just started experimenting with them myself. So far I've tried Frank's Red Hot, Cholula original flavor, and Louisiana Habanero.

Frank's is my favorite so far. I like Cholula, but it has an almost sweet flavor to it beneath the pepper flavors that I don't like. I like how hot the habanero stuff is (probably the hottest of the three), but I don't particularly like the flavor.

What are some of your favorite "lazy" recipes?

Today, for lunch, I took some frozen chicken nuggets from Costco and some Frank's Red Hot. I poured the sauce in a bowl, used a fork to flip the nuggets around in it and coat them, then cooked them as directed on the box. And dear god. The difference in time was non-existent; I finished coating them just as the oven finished pre-heating. But they taste so much better.

Does /ck/ have any similarly low-effort delicious ideas out there? I'm a lazy sonovabitch, but I like a bit of variety in the junk I consume.
