Made an attempt at mapo tofu using this recipe:

Used longanisa for the sausage, korean chili flakes for the dried chilis, flour instead of cornstarch, and I couldn't find sichuan peppers at the store today. Still came out great, but I definitely used too much flour slurry compared with the recipe photo.
