Growing up I had a lot of anxiety issues, and these manifested themselves every morning as an upset stomach, like clockwork. As a result, I've developed a lot of taste aversions to common breakfast foods. Pancakes, jam and toast, scrambled eggs, raisin bread, etc.

I'm not a big fucking baby like most people, so I usually just deal with it and eat whatever the fuck, but some days it's just nauseating for me to force down that omelet or oatmeal. I have a tendency to be especially bothered by things with a slimy texture. Right now my breakfast menu is very limited, and I want some variation. I'm looking for some unique, uncommon, well-balanced breakfast ideas that I maybe haven't tried before.

Examples of things I've zero aversion to: waffles, smoothies, bacon, coffee, certain cereals.

Thanks in advance.

hey /ck/, I'm from the Nordics and over here we eat a slice of bread + some bullshit every fucking day for breakfast.
Now I'm trying to lose bodyfat and I need to change my diet as well as exercising and I was just wondering what a good, healthy breakfast food is.
Preferably something without wheat.

Hey /ck/

So I'm completely new here and I'm interested in taking up cooking, since I just haven't tried cooking for shit before.

I don't see a sticky anywhere, so I'm sorry if this is asked too many times, but how or where do I start? Maybe some breakfast recipes?

Alright /ck/, me and my roommate are having a debate. He says that breakfast, lunch, and dinner must take place at certain times pertaining to pre-designated times. But my argument is that the meals can be subjected to when your day starts. If you and your friend wake up for night shift at 5pm and go eat breakfast then it is perectly reasonable to call the meal breakfast since that is the start of your day. Is this reasonable

your regions and what you had for breakfast

NJ, USA
I had three tiny, tiny eggs, two piece of whole wheat toast with butter, a bowl of corn chex, a glass of orange juice, mixed berry yoghurt and a large cup of oolong tea.
