I Really loved a gochujang flavored dish I had out. I wanted to try cooking with it, but can't seem to find paste anywhere even asian stores (inability to read moonrune means I might just be missing it). I've seen gochujang sauce bottles all over, can I use that instead for anything?

OP, grab 80% beef on sale, shredded cheese (cheddar or something Mexical), tomatoes, and taco shells/tortilla chips. Cook beef (I like ti add an onion before the beef and cook it a bit too) and add a shitload if salt, red/cayenne pepper, chili powder. Add a bit of cumin, but don't go overboard on it. Easy nachos/tacos, store meat and reheat throughout the week.
