Creamed corn. Frozen corn works fine, obviously better when in season.
>melt butter in pan
>fry corn until heated through (takes longer if frozen)
>add milk
>add heavy cream
>salt and pepper
>bring it to a simmer for a few minutes then remove from heat
>grate an ounce or two of parmesan into it
>blend until desired consistency
It won't be perfectly smooth but close enough, a few chunks are fine.

I ate too much, as is tradition. Cooked everything just for two of us. Not pictured are the deviled eggs. Also had some peanut butter fudge for dessert.
