way back in the ancient days of early 4chan, i use to occasionally run a thread on /b/ called "chocolate or shit", it always opened with a picture that looked like it might be brownies or possibly turds and i followed that up with a series of other images of ambiguous chocolatiness. i never indicated which images were or were not chocolate, i left that up to the viewer to decide, but all of the pictures were shit, i never posted chocolate, not once.
