Jesus christ it's just a family dinner, not a fine resturant. MIL has also coined the term "Ghetto Tea" because I don't use a teapot when I make tea at our house (news flash it's only me who drinks tea), they are so obviously middle class but not offensively so.

I was going to use stout, probably guinness to stay with the season for mine, about 12 oz? Is stout best for this?

Wanted to do it in the crock pot. Want it really moist HATE dry meat!
