I buy the tub version from grocery stores when there's no soft serve around.

Here is another favorite: popcorn flavored ice cream with popcorn. I had thought they just mix chunks of butter into the ice cream and call it popcorn, but I can taste a tiny bit of popcorn in the ice cream itself too.
