>Generously spray cooking sheet with oil
>Spread on fries, and spray again
>Season generously with seasoning salt
>bake for a while
>In the last 15 minutes or so, throw in the fish and spray the top with oil
>cook until the fish is hot all the way through, a bit crispy on the bottom, and still soggy on top
>mix 1:1 pure horseradish and ketchup for the fish, and plain ketchup for the fries
>HUGE glass of ice cold whole milk for the beverage

This is a meal I hide from everyone I know, but I love it so much. Haven't had it in well over a year, and never eat it regularly, but it is my most scrumptious treat.
