Ensenada if you're close enough. I know you said you can't look at another taco, but their fish and shrimp taco stands next to that big fish market are absurdly good. I can't imagine anyone ever getting sick of them and they're dirt cheap. if you're not by there I'm sure you can find them elsewhere along the coast. Also the tamale stands are ridiculous. You got to find the ones that look like like busted down shacks with chickens running around and super friendly Mexican ladies running the joints. They're by La Bufidora for example.
Then if you want something else, just get whatever is at the restaurants like mole dishes. On the weekends, give pic related a shot
