my bf and i made sushi with smoked salmon, immitation crab and shrimp, drunk with some sake

also i know my pic isnt how you are supposed to roll sushi but we didnt have one of the sushi presses that shits out a perfect rice log so we had to improvise

made picrel an hour or so ago. Filler was smoked salmon, immitation grab and shrimp. I didn't have rice vinegar for the sticky rice so i improvized with half red wine vinegar and half sake. I also didnt have a roller so rolled it kind of like stromboli with the seaweed wrap spiraling toward the center. I think it still came out well
