Brehs I cant get these fuckers sharp and even when I managed to do so they get FUCKED after cutting half a dozen onions or potatoes.
I got a 365+(Ikea also. x50crmoV or some shit) and that thing stays good for months.
Theyre also warped in such a way that that edge is not in line with the spine.
These are just pot metal arent they?

I'm getting these as a hand-me-down.
They're in good condition but they look like freddy krueger, black(ceramic non-stick coating as IKEA puts it) Coating is peeling off.
Is there a way to clean off the black shit off it?
