Gorillas have smaller brain and larger huts than we do. Humans evolved from other primates by eating higher caloric food sources such as animal fat to keep up with our brain activity, also we produce glycogen without carbs. We need essential amino acids and fatty acids to survive but definitely not "essential dietary fiber" or "essential carbohydrates". Vegans need to accept that their diet is ethical more than anything else.
