The darker and more plump they are, the longer they've been rolling around.
They're only supposed to be on there for 3-4 hours, though I guarantee some places are lazy as hell and just let them go till they dry up.

I don't know if they still sell them, but the cheeseburger dog was the SHIT when you got them fresh
