that really got me thinking

i go through about a bag of jerky a week and i drink nothing but water and i've been working hard to lose weight

could that and all of the other salty (no homo) things be keeping my weight up

i know it fluctuates throughout the day and that the most optimal time to weigh yourself is on an empty stomach and after taking a shit but could that be keeping it up?
