Hey /ck/ I have a problem.

I have a char-griller brand gas/charcoal grill.

BUT, I can’t cook pork ribs worth a shit.

How the fuck can I cook pork ribs with a nice crispy bark, but tender and falling apart on the inside with just a charcoal grill? I don’t have one of those little metal cylinder things that keep hot charcoal in them either. Please help. Please respond.
