I don't get the point of it. It only saves you the time/money of a grocery store trip. But even that is lost because you're paying a premium on these ingredients being individually packaged and sent to your mailbox. So in the end you'll always be paying much more per meal and per calorie with Blue Apron. If you want their recipe cards then you can just look on their website for free.

I think it's for flyover wives who are too afraid to buy a bulb of garlic themselves or something. I would love to see Jack "King Cu/ck/" Scalfani do a review on Blue Apron because this type of guy is the target audience.
