>no orders at the moment so hanging out with the bartender
>woman comes in
>orders a large caesar salad
>says she doesn't want any bacon bits or cheese because she is vegan
>tell her that there are anchovies in the dressing
>she tells me that is just a myth
>I tell her that we make our own caesar dressing and there most defiantly are anchovies in it
>she says she doesn't believe me
>ok whatever
>make her caesar salad
>be sure to mash up an extra bit of anchovies into her dressing
