CHERRY VANILLA NIGGER

Babies aren't recommended to eat strawberries because like peanuts, they can cause allergic reactions.

However I hate children and would gladly feed them peanut butter covered strawberries if it meant I could get my hands on some cherry vanilla pudding.

How many of you guys like to experiment in the kitchen? I don't just mean trying out different spice combos, or different recipes; I mean real experiments (whether you deign to call this sort of thing 'molecular gastronomy' is up to you).
Picture unrelated, but I just got a cream whipper which I plan to use for more than cream, and have joined a kickstarter for a cheap vacuum pump so I can attempt to sous vide (most likely using a lab hotplate with magnetic stirrer).
