For some reason I always feel really good after I eat bison meat. Energy, mood, etc. I wish it was cheaper, I'd be totally fine replacing beef with bison.

About the buffalo, it breaks my heart. Why the fuck did they feel the need to kill them all? Did they not taste them first? Did they not try different ways of cooking it? Buffalo is so good, to think that we had it all here all along.

What do you think about bison meat? I'm seeing it more and more places, seems to be getting popular. Do you think it's worth the extra cost compared to beef or are we getting scammed?

Nigga, the shits good. I don't even eat cheese or bacon on a buffalo burger because it doesn't need it. I save that extra shit for the beef. From what I hear the buffalo is actually really good for you too. Thats just a bonus for me, I just like the taste and texture better.

Soup /ck/?

So basically I've decided to lose some fats while simultaneously gaining some muscles. Logically it makes sense that to do that then I should be consuming as much protein as I can using the least amount of calories possible. I've been eating primarily beef, chicken, buffalo, turkey, eggs, legumes, vegetables and nuts. The main things I've cut down on are sugar, breads, corn, cheese, dairy and processed foods. I'm working on not drinking alcohol but I'm still struggling there. I do drink much less than I was though. Also the only liquids I drink are water and black coffee. Lots and lots of water.

Will this work at all, /ck/? I've been doing it for about three weeks and can tell I've cut some fat and gained a little muscle mass. I'm just not sure of the long term implications, I don't want muscle to dissolve along with the fat. My main concern is that it is difficult for me to consume over 1500 calories a day eating only lean protein and vegetables. Should I try to eat more or just eat until I feel comfortable?

Also I know this sounds like that keto diet thing but thats really not what I'm going for. I'm just trying to get a ton of protein and eating vegetables for vitamins and to get full while cutting my "empty calories" like sugar and breads.
