So now I'm curious. Why is it that three out of four older Americans cannot cook, let alone grasp the concept of fresh food? Did the shitty boomer/Vietnam generation that raised them go so far into that which is the boxed/canned processed food abyss? Did these generations of our elders rely solely on betty crocker dog shit?

My relatives in Europe are in their seventies, and they still know how to cook. Meanwhile grandma in the States thinks that no seasoning on food is good, over cooking is standard, yet still fucking complains with every bite that her food is "somehow" disgusting.
