I do this weird thing where I just heat up frozen vegetables in microwave and eat them plain. I've noticed that the regular corn, peas, carrots, green beans mix is rather high-calorie because of the corn, and I've been looking at other mixes.

Frozen brussels sprouts seem intriguing, but it's just brussels sprouts, and I'd have to mix in other vegs to balance it out. There were also some stir-fry mixes, but I am not partial to broccolis. So, do you have any suggestion for what frozen veg or veg mixes I should get?

how much inferior are frozen veggies compared to fresh veggies?

Ramen + these and if you want to go a little bit more fancy add an egg.
