Yeah, it is lame. When I was in middle school it was schnapps, and in high school it was either Goldschläger or SoCo, and then in undergrad Jägermeister became the new thing. I don't really know what happened for a good decade between then and now - because I was old enough to buy my own liquor, had the money to buy my own liquor, and was no longer hanging out with people trying to get 14 year old girls drunk - but at some point this Fireball garbage caught on. The weird thing is that actual adults drink it.

>do you just cut one potato into five pieces and throw it on a pan and call it homemade french fries
I work with/around fryers 9 hours a day. If I'm going to have fries at home I'm just going to grab a bag of frozen fries and deep fry them in a 4 quart pot. I can tell they're not "home made", but most people can't, and most people don't care, because deep frying a bag of frozen fries you bought somewhere is what most restaurants do, and people at home are typically striving to recreate the restaurant version in the first place. I could show off, but the point is that some things aren't wort doing from scratch. Like ketchup; only a fucking idiot would make something as basic bitch as ketchup from scratch.

Fuck you, Robert Rodgiguez. What are you hiding under that hat?

Last time I was ever in a mall was Phnom Penh, just over a decade ago. There were people eating in the food establishments, but they weren't Khmer, if you catch my drift.

How is that even possible? Did you inadvertently marry a vegan or something?

Today I had a moment of clarity and realized that I need to spice up my boring wage slave life and get a hobby. I love cooking great food, do any of you see cooking as a hobby and or how do you approach cooking?

I eat and shit before going in to work. Why other people haven't figured this out boggles my mind, but I imagine there's a correlation between this and posting images of cats on a food and cooking board.
