Ignoring your obvious bait and pretending this is serious, here are my thoughts:

>too thin, needs to be reduced more
>exchange v8 for vegetable or chicken stock. Put in a pot
>add beans to pot, simmer
>sear mince in a seperate pan first to caramalize and form fond
>add onions, peppers, and your seasonings. Liquid from vegetables will deglaze pan, beef fat will help cook and wake up spices
>test doneness of beans, should be tender and smashable on side of pot but not soft
>add pan contents to pot
>combine, simmer a few minutes to allow mixing. Taste for salt and pepper, add as needed
>if you want to do noodles, fine, but halve the amount to one box and do not rinse as it washes off starch
>alternatively you could serve over rice, or mashed potatoes, or thick toast - anything really
