Chicken fried rice

I like the seasoning (black pepper and soy sauce) and the caramelization on the chicken. Would not even bother "frying" the vegetables or rice next time. Also I fell for the parboiled rice meme, have to get through a bag of Uncle Ben's then back to regular long grain for me.
